Mother's Day!

Mother's Day was filled with fun and excitement this year. First we headed out to church with my Mom and Dad and then headed  to Lexington to take my Mom and Royann out to eat for Mother's Day. We had a good lunch and actually ran into my Uncle James at the resturaunt. One of his favorite people is Ann Fleming and he wanted her to come by because he had a surprise for her. Let me say Uncle James has taken a real liking to Ann Fleming ever since she was born and she recipricates the same for him. We went by his house and he wanted to show Ann Fleming his pet. It was not your normal pet. Uncle James has a pet pigeon named "Pij". It will sit on your hand and land on your head, so we all got a good laugh. We then headed to my Mom's and Dad's and Ann Fleming played in the water hose and then played in on the playground between my Uncle and Aunt's house and my Mom and Dad's. The one thing about the day that still amazes Royann and I was Ann Fleming climbing the ladder to the slide on her own at one year old. Here are some shots from that day:

Papaw Pullen riding me around! Uncle Ricky's dad always told me to call him Papaw Pullen. So I want my kids to call Uncle Ricky, Papaw Pullen in honor of his dad.
