Women's Football Camp

Every July, Chyna Ward-Polley (shes the football coaches personal assistant) at Ole Miss hosts an event called the Ladies Forum-High Heels and Hotty Toddys. This is my 3rd year to attend. It is a blast. I look forward to going each year. Over 450 Ole Miss faithful ladies attended this year. You start the early morning with a picture with Coach Nutt and then he leads you out on the field-yes, women are cheering Hotty Toddy through the tunnel and they have the smoke blowing and everything as you run onto the field. The Chucky Mullin's Memorial statue is even out to rub on Chucky's head as you enter the field. The rest of the day is spent in different stations learing about football and everything that goes on behind the scenes. You learn plays from the coaches, position play, techniques, tour the locker rooms, training facilities and you even have time to shop with the vendors that bring their Ole Miss stuff to the Indoor Practice Facility. TV timeouts are informative topics that range from organic products to hormone replacements therapies to botox and everything in between. Each year is also highlighted by guest speakers. This years speakers were Leigh Ann Touhy and Micheal Oher. They were great. Here are some pictures from the day.
